I (Ken Richardson, sole proprietor of Duke Appraisal Service) have been appraising residential real estate for over 30 years. My market areas are four counties: Latah & Nez Perce in Idaho and Whitman & Asotin in Washington. Beyond the experience gained by reading market data professionally all these years, having long term relationships with local realtors and lenders helps toward honest and accurate valuations; an appraiser known for such will have a long career, as I have.
